We have indoor units that are 5×10, 10×10, 10×20, 10×30, 15×20 and outdoor boat & RV Lots on-site available for rent! Each unit has steel interior walls, secured with tamper-proof stainless steel locks!

We have multiple storage unit sizes:

Do you give me a key?

You are the only one who has access to your storage unit. You are required to purchase our stainless steel tamper proof lock when signing our contract.

How long do I have to sign up for?

We offer month to month leases, meaning no long-term contracts or commitments.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments, checks and cash that will be mailed to our office monthly. Payment Address : 720 Little River Trace – Ossian, IN 46777. If paying online you can click here.

Can I store an RV/boat/car/motorcycle?

Yes, we offer outside and inside storage units that vary in size for your all of your storage needs.

How do I pay for my storage unit?

Do you have electrical outlets in your units?

Our units do not have electric running to them. External lighting only.

How can I reduce humidity in my unit?

You can prevent humidity by storing only dry items; you should avoid placing damp items in storage.

When can I access my storage unit?

We offer 24-hour access at our location so that you can come and go at your convenience.
